Brief History:

The Church of God of Prophecy - Minnie Street was established in the early 1960's under the leadership of Bishop Hudon R. Cox. The work grew in the community known as 'Englerston' through outreach, revivals, homes visitations.
Evangelist Ralph J. Arthur was later appointed Pastor and the work continued to grow from strength to strength.

Bishop Nelson W. Ferguson served as Senior Pastor for some thirteen years and retired in March of 2006.  During his tenure, the work progressed steadfastly with new members and addition to the physical structure.

Bishop Solomon L. Humes was appointed in March 2006 during the 85th Annual National Convention.

Bishop Rudolph W. McKinney continues to serve as Associate Pastor and Minister Carlson A. Arthur was appointed in March, 2006 also as Associate Pastor.    Please remember us in your Prayers!
